How long will my order take?
We keep over 5000 items in stock and order from our suppliers twice weekly so your item is never far away - orders are processed within 24 hours and 90% of orders are despatched the same day.
How much is shipping?
UK £3.95
EU £10.00
Rest of the world £15.00
What shipping services do you use?
UK - Royal Mail signed for service (usually 1-4 working days)
EU - Royal Mail Airsure service (usually 1-2 weeks)
World - Royal Mail International Service or Airsure (anything from 5 days to 3 weeks depending where you are)
Can you deliver to another address apart from my billing address?
We can of course however our payment provider's do their own security checks too.
Is your packaging discreet?
Of course we have been doing this a long time and your privacy is of utmost importance to us!
Is my payment secure?
In our opinion and experience nowadays it is much safer to order online than give someone your card details on the phone. The industry is being regulated by the payment providers and the whole system has been tightened up. We have never had security issues in our many years of trading so our encrypted sites and payment systems are extremely secure.
Do you price match?
Sadly there are many companies selling lingerie from their bedrooms. Whilst there is nothing wrong with that, we do have premises, staff, rates, utilities to pay so we are unable to price match however, we do try to keep our prices as low as possible and are constantly checking the marketplace to keep us at the top of the competitive ladder.
Can I collect my order?
Sadly as an internet only company we are not allowed by our insurers and council to allow the public into our offices for retail purposes.
What about returns?
You may return any item (with a few obvious exceptions which are listed on each item) within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, have all tags and original packaging in place and all parts of a set must be present for a refund.
If the above terms are not adhered to we will not offer a refund and you can request the item to be returned to you at extra postage or we are happy to donate to a local charity.
Please return your item/s by a trackable method as no item, no refund. Things do occasionally go missing in the post and we recommend you are fully insured for your peace of mind.
